How we made $170,000 from our investment renovation! $53,000 more than we expected!

Our passion for property began with our first investment purchase in 2004 for $183,000. On recently selling this newly renovated property for $353,000 we made $117,000 capital gains, plus $53, 000 extra from the renovations. We are Arna and Leigh and we have to thank Mark Rolton.

As a young couple in our early thirties, with two beautiful children, we had to dream big to make our property dreams a reality. We always wanted to learn more about property and this opportunity lead us to attend Mark Rolton’s Real Estate University.
